AMC Marketing Apps Privacy Policy
AMC Theatres ("we," "us," or "our") operates AMC Marketing Apps (the "Applications"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our authorized users.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you log in to our Application using Google Sign-In via Google Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP).
1. Information We Collect
Our Application uses Google Sign-In to verify your identity and control access to our secure resources. When you authenticate through Google Sign-In, we collect the following basic information provided by Google:
- Email Address: Your primary Google account email address.
- Profile Information: Your name and profile picture (if publicly available on your Google profile).
No other personal data, sensitive information, or device data is accessed, requested, or collected by this Application.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected Google user data strictly for the following purposes:
- Access Control & Authorization: To verify that your email address is on our authorized list of users before granting access.
- User Personalization: To display your name within the Application interface to personalize your session.
We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any other commercial purpose.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information or Google user data with any third parties under any circumstances.
Your information is processed strictly within our secure Google Cloud environment and is only accessed by authorized system administrators to manage system permissions.
4. Data Security and Retention
- Transmission: All authentication requests and session data are encrypted in transit using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
- Retention: We do not permanently store your Google profile data on our databases. Basic access logs may be kept for security auditing purposes and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security Settings. Doing so will immediately prevent you from logging in to the Applications.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
